The Agenda

Every Meeting. Same Structure.

The format is fixed by design. Members know exactly what to prepare for and what to expect each month.

15 min

Arrival & Networking

Members arrive, connect, and settle in. Informal — the only unstructured time in the session.

5 min

Opening & Housekeeping

Meeting Chair opens the session. Announcements, reminders, and the agenda overview.

20 min

Business Problem Sharing

One member shares a pre-submitted business challenge. The room responds with structured solutions and advice.

20 min

Curriculum Topic

A mentor or invited expert delivers the month's curriculum segment. Part of the 12-month programme.

5 min

Closing & Announcements

Meeting Chair closes the session. Next meeting date confirmed. Any final announcements from the chapter.

The 90-Second Spotlight

Your 90 Seconds. Every Month.

The spotlight is a structured 5-part member introduction delivered in 90 seconds. It keeps every member visible, accountable, and easy to help. The format is the same every month — members refine and improve over time.

Attendance

Who Is in the Room

Members

Vetted, approved members who attend every meeting. The core of the chapter.

Approved Visitors

Investors are welcome as approved visitors. They observe, participate in the pitch segment, and provide feedback. All visitors require Chapter President approval.

Monthly Roles

Members Run the Meeting

Four roles rotate among members each month. Taking a role builds leadership skills and deepens engagement with the chapter programme.

Meeting Chair

Opens and closes the session. Keeps the agenda on time and manages the room.

Timekeeper

Tracks time for each agenda segment and the 90-second spotlights. Keeps the meeting tight.

Pitch Evaluator

Delivers structured feedback on the monthly pitch. Uses the GMx evaluation framework.

Visitor Host

Welcomes and looks after approved visitors. Introduces them to the room and manages their experience.
